Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 25 October 2026
NeverHalt runs code written by its customers. To keep it safe for everyone, these rules apply to every agent and every account.
You must not
- break the law, or infringe the rights of others (copyright, trademark, privacy);
- attack, scan, probe or overload any system you do not own or have permission to test, including denial-of-service and credential-stuffing;
- send spam, run phishing or fraud, impersonate people or organisations, or publish malware;
- host content that is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, or that incites violence or hatred;
- mine cryptocurrency or run workloads whose main purpose is to consume resources;
- scrape sites in violation of their terms or the law, or collect personal data without a legal basis;
- try to escape your container, read other customers’ data, bypass limits or measurements, or share accounts to multiply free trials;
- use NeverHalt to build or run something that makes automated decisions about people’s rights without human review.
Public URLs of agents
If your agent serves web pages, you are responsible for everything it shows. Pages must not copy or imitate the look of other brands, login pages or payment pages, and must not collect passwords or card numbers.
Reporting abuse
Write to abuse@neverhalt.app with the address of the agent or page, what is wrong and how we can verify it. We read every report.
What we may do
We may stop an agent immediately when it puts the service or other people at risk, remove content, suspend or close an account, and give information to authorities when the law requires. Where we can, we tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem first. Repeated or serious breaches end the contract without refund of the current period.
